DESCRIPTION OF AILIEE Four-in-one Foldable Treadmill

AILIEE Four-in-one Foldable Treadmill  is a quality treadmill for intermediate level runners. Robust, it supports up to 150 kg and incorporates a modern console with 10 programs.


Powerful 3.25 HP motor.


• Speed: From 0.8 to 19.3 km / h adjustable using the buttons on the console.
• Incline: From 0 to 15%, to vary the intensity of the sessions using the buttons on the console.


• Structure: Large reinforced steel structure guaranteeing stability and comfort of use. Its structure is suitable for regular home use. A running surface: 148 x 51 cm.
• Cushioning: System of 6 shock absorbers with rigid rear mounting and 7 cm rollers to prevent injuries to muscles and joints.


19 cm LCD screen, blue backlit and permanently displaying all essential data: time, distance, speed, incline, calories burned, pace, laps, time per segment and heart rate.
The console also incorporates a “Muscle profile” function which allows you to visualize by colored LEDs the muscles which are working as well as their intensities (green for light, orange for medium and red for very intense); to motivate and control efforts for people with muscle problems. At the bottom of the console is placed a fan providing a pleasant feeling of freshness during exercise.


10 programs:
– Hill: progression of resistance in the shape of a pyramid with an increase in steps of 10% up to the maximum resistance, then decrease in steps of 10%.
– Fat burner: rapid progression of resistance to the maximum, remains at this level for 2/3 of the exercise in order to eliminate as many calories as possible.
– Cardio: sustained effort interspersed with slight fluctuations. Increases cardiovascular functions such as blood flow and lung capacity.
– Power: gradually increases speed to 100% of maximum effort during 1/4 of the exercise. Helps increase muscle power and endurance in the lower body.
– Interval: offers periods of very high intensities interspersed with periods of low intensities. Develops muscle fiber and endurance
– Manual: the user can freely create their own training program and have the ability to modify it as it progresses.
– Personalized (2x): possibility to register 2 users and their personal training data to build a personalized program for each.
– Heart rate (2x): keeps the user in a heart rate zone: the program 1 to 60% of the heart rate (weight loss); and program 2 in an 80% zone (cardiovascular improvement).

Heartbeat taking: It is performed by the touch sensors located on the handles or by a chest belt (included). This allows you to perform intensive workouts while monitoring your heart rate directly on the console thanks to the “Heart rate profile” which indicates with colored LEDs the current heart rate.
