One treadmill released in 2021 is the AOKCOS Folding Treadmill. It shares many of the same characteristics as the Horizon Fitness T303, but with a somewhat shorter running area.
It also includes a decent console that works with a variety of fitness applications.

Construction of the framework
It built the AOKCOS Folding Treadmill with a heavy-duty steel frame that is like that of a light-commercial treadmill.
It is a machine designed solely for domestic usage and comes with a residential warranty.
Its frame comprises rectangular and oval steel tubes for further strength and visual appeal. All steel pieces are black and double-coated with a rust-resistant finish.
Of course, the machine also includes several plastic components. The side rail covers, the engine cover, and the console dashboard, for example, are all composed of tough thermoplastic.
This treadmill from AOKCOS is quite huge. It measures around 69.7′′ (177 cm) long and 31.1′′ (79 cm) wide when all the sections are put together.
For safe use, leave at least 24′′ (61 cm) of clearance on either side of the deck and at least 36′′ (91 cm) of clearance in the back.
The device is also quite hefty; its net weight is 185 lbs (84 kg), causing the use of two people to transport it.
The treadmill may be folded. Its deck folds up, which is a pleasant feature not only for saving room but also for making cleaning under the machine easier.
To prevent damage, the folding mechanism uses a soft-drop hydraulic cylinder that softly lowers the deck as it is unfolded.
The incline of the deck and the building of the deck
The running surface of the AOKCOS Folding Treadmill is quite large. It measures 55′′ (140 cm) in length and 20′′ (51 cm) in width, similar to the Schwinn 810 model’s running surface.
The inner deckboard is built of strong HDF material that can sustain individuals weighing up to 300 pounds (136 kg).
It also has some flex, which helps to decrease the impact of each footstrike.
For shock absorption, the deck has many cushioning features. The side rail covers hide some of them.
On each side of the machine’s walking platform are the largest (blue) ones.
The belt has several layers. I made its top layer to provide you a better grip and keep you from slipping.
The inner rollers have a crown on them (their diameter is not specified). The crowned shape enhances traction and extends the belt’s life.
They include a motorized inclination mechanism with the AOKCOS Folding Treadmill l.
This means you can change the incline while running or walking. It also implies that, based on the program, the machine can automatically change the incline.
The treadmill has a slope range of 0% to 15%, which is rather good for a home treadmill. The incline is increased by 1% each time.
The console offers settings for progressive slope modification, as well as rapid incline selection options for 6%, 9%, 12 percent, and 15% elevation.
Motor
The Sunny Health & Fitness Evo-Fit SF-T7955 treadmill has a drive motor identical to the AOKCOS Folding Treadmill .
It’s a 3.0 HP motor with a tiny flywheel to reduce vibration and promote a smooth belt movement.
It has a speed range of 0.5 to 11.2 miles per hour.
The console has speed controls for gradual and fast selection adjustments, just like the incline.
The keys for gradual change serve a dual purpose. A brief press regulates the belt’s speed in 0.1 MPH increments, and pressing and holding them for 0.5 seconds swiftly increases or decreases the speed.
The speed controls for quick selection are on the right side of the panel.
Depending on the units you’re using, they have a quick pick for 3 MPH, 5 MPH, 7 MPH, and 9 MPH, or 6 kmh, 9 kmh, 12 kmh, and 15 kmh.
The motor isn’t particularly loud. Your cadence, however, may make more or less noise based on your running technique, weight, and other factors.
Also, because the engine isn’t particularly strong, daily use of the machine shouldn’t significantly increase your electricity expenditure.
Console
The console that comes with the AOKCOS Folding Treadmill has a lot of useful features.
For starters, it sports a 7-inch LCD display with LED backlighting for better readability. To show as many training metrics as possible at once, they separated the display into multiple sub-sections.
It keeps track of time, distance, calories burned, heart rate, speed, and incline. A 1/4 mile track with a lap count is also displayed for the distance.
The console is Bluetooth enabled and works with a variety of fitness apps, including AnyRun, Zwift, and Kinomap.
As a result, if you have any of these applications installed on your smartphone, you can connect it to the machine and track your progress online, check your workout history, run on various virtual trails based on real-world trails, compete with other runners, apply custom programs, and more.
Even if you don’t want to use any of the applications, the treadmill is still a viable option. It includes 36 pre-programmed routines that alter the incline and speed automatically.
On the console, we showed their segment layouts. There are also three interval programs, three bespoke programs, and one heart rate program on the treadmill.
Device holders, beverage and accessory trays, and speakers are among the console’s other significant features.
A device holder is beneath the console display and comprises a long shelf on which it can place a larger tablet. They attached the other device holder to the console’s top.
It built the auxiliary trays into the dashboard of the console. Finally, the speakers include Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to pair them with your smartphone or tablet to play music through the machine’s console or listen to coach instructions if you’re following one of the fitness applications’ plans.
Installation and upkeep
The motors, deckboard, belt, and rollers are already installed on the machine’s running platform.
As a result, all that’s left to do is connect the two upright bars and the console. It shouldn’t take you over 30 minutes to do this task.
The kit comes with all the essential equipment for assembly, as well as step-by-step instructions in the manual.
It is advised that the machine, particularly the belt, be kept clean for maintenance. The deck should be lubricated regularly.
Apart from that, all you have to do is check for loose bolts and parts to ensure that your treadmill is still functional.
