This performance enables the treadmill to reach higher speeds and does not wear out as quickly.
For more natural running training and a durable treadmill, the continuous output should be 2 HP.
The height adjustment should be electrically adjustable for both intensive and light running training.
This allows the runner to change the height comfortably while running.
With light running a practice, it is not so important how many levels there are in the adjustment.
Electronic height adjustment is not so necessary for muscle building training.
There are some treadmills here that allow you to change the height manually. This is enough.
Especially during intensive running training, where the running time is sometimes a little longer, it is essential that the treadmill has shock absorption.
This reduces the stress on the joints.
Even for light training, it makes sense if the treadmill has shock absorption. This ultimately reduces the risk of injury.
How often is the treadmill used (by you and others)?
The frequency with which the treadmill is used plays an important role.
If the treadmill is used frequently and by many people, it should be able to withstand this strain.
A high continuous output of the motor can serve as a guide. With frequent use, this should be as high as possible.

In general, if you want to get something from a treadmill for a long time, you should instead invest a little more money.
