The NordicTrack treadmills can be disassembled in several different ways. Plug out the treadmill’s power source cord. The console cord is located on the back of the console by means of a two-piece wire which disconnects the console wire by separating the two parts.
Situate the wire on the field. This is a thin wire that emerges from a hole in the center of the back of the console. Remove the treadmill from the earthing cable.
Remove the console clamps on top of the unit with a head screwdriver from Phillips to remove the four screws holding the clamps. Find the six shields on the treadmill which connect the console.
The left hand has two screws, the right side, the middle two. Using a Phillips head screwdriver to extract the six screws. Delete the console from the frame support. Hopefully that will help you break up your Nordictrack Tread.
